Matthew Yonai is a 17 year old player from Flower Mound, Texas. He has been playing floorball for over 7 years now. In 2017, Matthew joined the NTFA and has been playing floorball competitively on several teams since then. In the NTFA, Matthew consistently ranks near the top of the scoreboard, has two first place finishes in points, and currently has the highest scoring total In the NTFA with over300 points. He has also had the chance to play on several tournament teams including the 2019/2020 NTFA team which won Gold in both the 2019 US Nationals in Virginia, and the 2020 Texas Open. Matthew is a senior in high school and plans on attending college in Florida this fall, and in his free time, he enjoys hanging out with friends and family. Matthew is continuing to hone his floorball skills in anticipation of the 2021 inaugural season of the NAFL.
